Jolibee starts with longer straight hair. Today she opts for a shorter look. Scissors cut off the length on dry hair. Clippers then buzz around each ear and a bit of the nape. With the length established the top hair is cut wet with scissors. The top hair is side parted and cut short to expose the buzzed sections below. Jolibee looks cute in her new short cut.
