Cute Jasmine comes to us today with shoulder length layered hair. She is requesting a new cut that is short but still feminine. The length is cut dry with scissors. Next clippers buzz high up the nape. With the back buzzed it's time to move on to the front. The hair is combed forward and cut above the ears and into face framing layers.
