Merly comes to us today with long wavy black hair. She wants to know what she will look like with a short buzz cut. We gather her hair into a high ponytail. The barber buzzes off the ponytail with clippers. Then the no. 2 clippers start on top. Soon all but the bangs are buzzed to 1/4". The sides and back are buzzed with the no. 1 clippers leaving just a bit of stubble on the sides. No guard clippers fade the bottom to zero. The bangs are snipped super short with scissors. A straight razor cleans around the hairline. Merly looks lovely in her new super short buzz cut.
