Jenny comes to us today with long straight black hair. She wants to try a short buzz cut. Her long hair is gathered into a ponytail at the back. The barber cuts off the ponytail with scissors. Now it's clipper time. The no. 2 clippers start on the right side. The buzz the entire side and into the top. The buzzing continues all around until only the bangs are longer than 1/4". The no. 1 clippers buzz the sides and back even closer. She then gets faded to zero. The bangs are still long. Scissors cut them down to size and blend them with the buzzed sections on top. A straight razor cleans around the hairline. Jenny is still smiling as she sees her new buzz cut in the mirror.
