Cute Rona starts with very long layered straight hair. Today she wants to go short. The barber starts with clippers on dry hair. He buzzes off all of the long hair. He then does a lot of cutting on dry hair with thinning shears. Still not short enough so he goes shorter with regular scissors. The back is cut short while the sides are left a bit longer. The earlobes are exposed on each side. Rona looks cute and simply loves her new short cut.
