Maricel starts with very long black hair. Today she wants to try something much shorter. Her long hair is gathered into a ponytail at the back. The barber snips off the ponytail with scissors. Then the clippers buzz the top, sides and back to 3/8". Shorter guards are used to taper the sides and back. Scissors snip the bangs very short and blend to the buzzed sections. Maricel is still smiling as she sees her new buzz cut for the first time.
