Leonor comes to us with long wavy black hair. She is one of five women to get a flattop on the same day. Our male barber starts with guarded clippers on top. The entire top is buzzed to 3/8”. This will be a very short flattop indeed. Next the no. 1 clippers and then the unguarded clippers buzz around the head and blend it to the buzzed section on top. The bottom sections are still long giving Leonor a unique mullet look. The clippers then buzz off the remaining long hair to the skin. Clipper over comb buzzes the top to a more flat shape. Shaving cream is applied and the lower sections are shaves smooth. Final blending with clippers and scissors make sure the tops is faded to the shaved sections below. We have Leonor sweep up her long hair to complete this haircut. Leonor looks much better in her new short flattop.
